Nestlé Waters Powwow, the water cooler division of the worldwide Nestlé Group, asked Blue Heron Communications to support them with internal communications and employee engagement during a period of major change for the business.
We advised the company on how to develop and improve their communications with employees across the whole UK business. We introduced a number of new communications channels, including the first-ever employee bulletin, an improved management briefing system and developments to the intranet site. We also developed effective communications plans and material for a range of business and change projects.
Our advice and support was particularly valued in handling sensitive HR issues, such as mergers of different parts of the business and closure of some locations. We advised on the best approach and messaging and drafted communications materials .
